During your course you will be taught The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme. I would recommend starting the course anytime from 20 weeks of pregnancy (sooner allows more practice but it is never too late!)

- Hypnobirthing mp3's
- A facebook hub for likeminded parents-to-be
Topics of the course include:
- The physiology of labour and birth, how to relax the body and mind and the impact of fear
- Birth planning, the role of the birth partner, physical preparations for birth
- Using hypnobrthing techniques for labour and birth

If you would like to discuss your birth preferences in a bespoke, personalised way then I can offer a one off 2 hour session, tailored to your requirements. This will cover all elements of birth preferences (place of birth, pain relief and discussion/ planning of scenarios)
